Victoria Hoskins
Investment Director, Rathbone Greenbank Investments

Victoria is an Investment Director with over 15 years’ experience in providing and managing investment solutions for charity and pension fund trustees, as well as for individuals. Victoria is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI and an experienced trustee, principally for the Lankelly Chase Foundation, an early adopter of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment, latterly chairing the Investment Committee.

Victoria joined Rathbones in 2015 from Barclays where she was senior director for the London Charity Team advising boards on the implementation of their investment policies, including ethical and social investment considerations. From 2007 to 2010, Victoria was Regional Investment Director for London and the South East responsible for the Gerrard Investment Management business, equating to £2 billion of private client, charity, pension and court of protection portfolios.

Ben Brice
Legal Director, Blake Morgan LLP

Ben leads Blake Morgan's Charities team. He acts for charities and not-for-profits across England and Wales, advising on charity law, governance and related regulatory and commercial issues. 

Ben has extensive experience assisting charities navigate governance, constitutional, regulatory and associated commercial matters in the context of developing charity and company legislation and in the face of the increasingly tight regulation. 

Ben advises on a wide range of charity law issues including charity formation, registration and incorporation, joint ventures, commercial participation agreements, brand protection and intellectual property licensing, data protection, and contract drafting and negotiation. Ben is well versed in dealing with relevant regulators, including the Charity Commission and the Privy Council, and providing practical and pragmatic advice where it is needed. 

Kirsteen Hook
Senior Solicitor, Blake Morgan LLP

Kirsteen is a senior solicitor in the Charities team and advises charities, schools, academies and other not-for-profit organisations on a wide range of issues.

Kirsteen specialises in charity law, including general regulation and governance, Charity Commission requirements and specific issues affecting charities.

She advises on joint ventures, collaboration agreements, mergers and acquisitions, governance, charity formations, incorporations, trading, commercial arrangements, contracts and structures for charity clients, academies and academy conversions.
