Louise Hudson
Investment Director, Rathbones

Louise is an investment director who specialises in the management of private client portfolios, trusts, pensions and charities. Louise has worked in the investment world since 1981. She started her career in the City in investment trust management, followed by a number of years in institutional stockbroking with Cazenove & Co after which she moved to private client investment management in Cambridge in 2001. Louise is a graduate of Durham University, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and a violinist and golfer. She is also a trustee of the Cambridge Music Festival.


Victoria Hoskins
Investment Director, Rathbone Greenbank Investments

Victoria is an Investment Director with over 15 years’ experience in providing and managing investment solutions for charity and pension fund trustees, as well as for individuals. Victoria is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI and an experienced trustee, principally for the Lankelly Chase Foundation, an early adopter of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment, latterly chairing the Investment Committee.

Victoria joined Rathbones in 2015 from Barclays where she was senior director for the London Charity Team advising boards on the implementation of their investment policies, including ethical and social investment considerations. From 2007 to 2010, Victoria was Regional Investment Director for London and the South East responsible for the Gerrard Investment Management business, equating to £2 billion of private client, charity, pension and court of protection portfolios.


Chris Belcher
Partner, Mills & Reeve

Chris is a partner and head of the firm’s private client team. He specialises in advising private clients and trustees on tax, trust and estate matters. This involves advice on inheritance and capital gains tax planning and also helping to protect family assets and to place them in suitable structures for future generations. Chris’ clients include the owners of large landed estates as well as charities and business people. He has a particular expertise in advising elderly clients. Chris sits on Mills & Reeve’s ‘Making a Difference’ committee, which looks after the firm's corporate social responsibility. He is chairman of local charity Cambridgeshire Community Foundation and is a former vice-chair and trustee of national charity The Silver Line. He is also a past chairman of Solicitors for the Elderly, a national organisation of solicitors dedicated to advising elderly and vulnerable clients, and has written articles and lectured on elder client issues.
