We are seeking a Fees Administrator to work in the Management Fees Department in our Liverpool office. 

This is a varied role and will provide good experience of our service offerings within Rathbones.  You will interact with many areas of the business including Investment Management, Operations Support, Client Static Data, Account Closures, and Finance.  This role will help you to develop an extensive understanding of our client information and how it is maintained on our systems, ensuring that we are compliant with regulations at all times.

You will have:

  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills

  • High level of accuracy and concentration with ability to grasp new tasks quickly

  • Adaptable and flexible, and able to accept responsibility for given tasks

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to build constructive relationships with other members of staff at various levels

  • Effective problem solver, generating practical solutions to often complex issues

  • Self-motivated assertive team player who requires little supervision

  • An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and ideally RID/ Rhymesight/Illumas

  • Ability to effectively prioritise workloads

  • Significant previous data inputting/office experience
