We are recruiting a Filing Clerk to undertake general filing duties in support of the Rathbones Investment Management and Trust departments. You will be expected to work as a member of the existing team providing a high degree of customer care, whilst demonstrating excellent attention to detail. Duties will include: preparation of client documentation to an agreed formnat and standards; maintain client files ensuring an efficient and tidy working environment in all areas; prepare docments for off-site archiving and request retrieval as appropriate; maintain the on-site archive storage facility.
- Be able to demonstrate a methodical and consistent approach towards work and build systematic work processes into activities and tasks
Follow company policy and adhere to recommended working practice. e.g. Health & Safety regulations when using ladders
Be able to proficiently use MS Office and Excel software and operate supplier online archive management platforms.
Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of company archive filing procedures and ensure that all archive documentation is received, retained and where authorised destroyed as required by the data retention policy
