We are seeking a Front of House Administrator to work as part of a busy team responsible for providing a professional, client focussed telephony service to both internal & external customers.  You will ensure that calls are answered in a timely, professional manner, handle room bookings and administer the signing in/out process for visitors.

You will have:

  • Previous Front of House service experience within a fast paced environment

  • Professional telephone manner

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Ability to work flexible hours – Liverpool FOH operates between 8am and 6pm

  • Computer literacy (MS Office as well as telephony and room booking systems)

  • Strong team worker with the ability to multitask (the role is varied both in terms of tasks and volume)

  • Ability to work well under pressure and towards timescales.
