We are seeking a Middle Office Administrator for a 12 month period to cover maternity leave.  This role is required to liaise between the London based Investment Management team and the Liverpool based Investment Administration team in respect of client account opening and the amendment process.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role/industry would be preferred

  • Strong administration skills

  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team

  • High level of numeracy and accuracy with a methodical approach to their work

  • Ability to operate in a professional manner and to work within deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

  • Knowledge of Account opening and amendment systems, Quasar and RID is useful but not essential as full training will be provided.
