Rathbone Core Investment Fund for Charities EGM results

At an EGM of shareholders held 03 September 2025, the resolution that the scheme of arrangement (the “merger”) between Rathbone Core Investment Fund for Charities and Rathbones Charity Growth & Income Fund, a sub-fund of Rathbones Charity Funds (as detailed in the Information Pack sent to shareholders on 13 August 2025), was passed. Accordingly, the merger is expected to take place on 26 September 2025.
