He started his investment career in 1994 initially with Neilson Cobbold which was acquired by Rathbones in 1996. Prior to this Tim was commissioned from Sandhurst into the 9th/12th Royal Lancers where he served for 8 years.
Lee Morris

Lee has over 15 years finance industry experience, with the last 12 years gained in investment management including managing trust, private client and institutional portfolios, with particular expertise in macroeconomics and bonds. At Rathbones Lee sits on the group Fixed Interest Committee. Lee is a graduate of St. Andrews University with an MA (Hons) in Management and Economics; he also has an MBA from Edinburgh University. Lee is an Adjunct Professor at the Jersey International Business School and is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI.
Neil Minto

Neil previously worked for UBS Investment Bank in the USA prior to joining their Wealth Management office in Newcastle as an investment assistant in 2008.
He graduated from Northumbria University with a degree in Economics and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI), holding the CISI Masters in Wealth Management qualification.
Neil is part of the team that specialises in the management of private clients, charities, trusts and pension funds.
Jessica Cousins

Jessica qualified as a solicitor in 2015, having trained with Wedlake Bell LLP, and joined Rathbones in 2022.
Jessica’s practice covers all aspects of residential conveyancing, acting for UK and overseas individuals, estates, companies and trusts, advising on: disposals and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold properties; new-build purchases; voluntary and compulsory first registrations of title; general landlord and tenant issues, and other associated matters.
In addition to residential property work, Jessica also deals with the administration of estates.
Paul Greaves

Paul started his career as a branch manager with Waters Lunnis stockbrokers. Prior to joining Rathbones he worked at Vartan Ravenscroft as an investment manager for 14 years. Paul managed accounts on both an advisory and discretionary basis ranging from private clients, SIPPs, ISAs, trusts, companies and charities.
Paul is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute for Securities & Investment and passed the Private Client Investment Advice and Management paper in 2012.
Dominic Plugge

Our team as a whole predominantly manages private clients, taxable portfolios and ISAS, JISAS, SIPPs, family trusts, small charities and some corporate accounts. In addition, we have well-established relationships with accountants and solicitors. We have a significant wealth of experience in the team with the average length of service in the wealth industry of around three decades. We offer clients a bespoke and personal service managing clients on a discretionary basis, which we have done successfully for many years.
