Bradley Wright joined Rathbones in 2021 as a Financial Planner, bringing over a decade of experience in wealth management and works closely with high-net-worth individuals, guiding them through life’s major financial milestones and providing clear, tailored advice. Previously, Brad specialised in providing advice to legal representatives of vulnerable clients, managing complex arrangements arising from large personal injury settlements.
Chris Sandford

Chris is a Business Development Director for London and the Southeast. He has been with the combined business for eighteen years and specialises in providing investment solutions to Financial Advisers and their clients. Chris is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI.
Nicola Morris

I head up our Sheffield office and work closely with a multitude of different clients, including private clients, trusts, charities and clients of financial advisers. My focus is very much on establishing and maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring that our office continues to deliver high service standards.
Thomas Cottier

Tom is a graduate of Durham University, where he studied Economics. He joined Rathbones in 2014, spending two years in Operations and a year on the Dealing desk before moving into investment management.
Tom now works with Joanna Pennington-Jones in the management of portfolios, primarily for private clients, pensions and Trusts.
Rupert Webb

Rupert joined Rathbones in 2021 as an investment manager, having started his career with WH Ireland in 2010. He specialises in the management of bespoke private client, pension, trust, charitable and institutional portfolios.
Rupert graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Economics, is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and holds the designation Chartered Wealth Manager, following completion of the level 7 Chartered Wealth Manager qualification. He is also a member of the Guild of Investment Managers.
Adam Hilder

Adam is an investment manager and has worked in private client investment management since 2011. He joined Rathbones in 2017 having previously worked at Redmayne-Bentley.
Adam completed a Masters in Wealth Management in 2017. This is the highest qualification the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment offers. He graduated from University in 2008 with a 2:1 degree in Business Management with Finance and Economics.
Adam specialises in discretionary investment management for private clients, trusts, charities and personal pension funds (SIPPs).
Jake Clothier

Jake works alongside David Shepherd, Christopher James & George Steger in the day-to-day running of investment portfolios on behalf of private clients, trusts, companies and charities. He joined Rathbones in 2018 having graduated with an MSc in Economics from the University of Kent.
Jake is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) having completed the Chartered Wealth Manager qualification and Investment Advice Diploma.

My primary objective is to provide a tailored solution in line with their key objectives, with a first-class service. My approach is based on understanding my client's goals and translating those into a cash flow plan. This will usually prompt a further discussion surrounding the opportunities and potential obstacles.
Rowan Marron

Rowan started her career as an investment analyst in October 2008, just after Lehman Brothers fell, and has been living in interesting times ever since. After earning her degree in PPE from Oxford, she joined Ruffer as an equity analyst, before moving to Orbis five years later. After a detour into working for a quant fund, dataffirm, Rowan joined Rathbones in 2020. She is a CFA charterholder.
Matthew Fry

Matthew joined Rathbones in January 2024 having previously worked at Brooks Macdonald for 6 and a half years.Prior to this, he was a professional footballer, representing clubs from the Premier league down to lower leagues of English football.Matthew holds the CISI Chartered Wealth Manager Qualification and the CISI Investment Advice Diploma. He also holds accounting qualifications with the AAT.Matthew is married with two children and when he isn’t spending time with his family, he enjoys spending time on the golf course.
