Stephen Field is Managing Director of Rathbones Financial Planning, appointed in October 2024 following the integration with Investec Wealth & Investment, where he served since 2011. 

A Chartered Financial Planner, Chartered Wealth Manager, and Certified Financial Planner, Stephen also holds a MSc in Business Management and Financial Planning. He leads a team of financial professionals dedicated to delivering tailored advice that supports clients in achieving their financial goals with clarity and confidence. With a deep commitment to long-term value and meaningful relationships, Stephen ensures financial planning at Rathbones is not just about managing assets — but architecting financial lives.
