Having graduated from Heriot-Watt University with an MA (Hons) degree in International Business Management, he completed an MSc in Real Estate: Investment and Finance prior to joining Rathbones in 2018. Scott is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), he has completed his Investment Advice Diploma and obtained the PCIAM certificate.

Max joined the firm in September 2008. An experienced Chartered Financial Planner, Max is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial and personal objectives. This can range from tax-efficiently building a portfolio for retirement, to suitably provisioning for children’s education or analysing the affordability of lifetime gifts via a measured estate planning strategy.
