Georgina Hand

She specialises in charity investment management and, in addition to running local Trustee training events, is an experienced Trustee herself. She sits on a number of Rathbones Committees, both at a local and group level, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
Sophie Mathew-Jones

Sophie joined Rathbones in 2016 where she started her career as a graduate trainee. Prior to this, she graduated with a second class honours degree in Chemistry from St Edmund Hall, University of Oxford. Sophie assists with managing private client portfolios, trusts, charities and self-invested personal pensions (SIPPs). She is a CFA Charterholder and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI).

I am one of the investment directors managing the alternative investment market (AIM) and inheritance tax (IHT) investment plans for our clients. I have a wealth of experience in managing all asset classes with a specific focus on equity through direct share investing. I bring a financial analysis through a quantitative tools angle to ensure that we only invest in the best companies within our AIM/IHT plan

Henry joined Rathbones as Investment Director in 2020 and has over 15 years of experience in managing investments for private clients, pensions, trusts and charities formerly at Tilney Group (now Evelyn Partners) and Deutsche Bank. Henry is a CFA Charterholder and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Rachel Lewis

Rachel is a tax manager, joining Rathbones in 2005 after gaining five years invaluable experience with HMRC. Rachel has a sound, working knowledge which is important when liaising with HMRC on a frequent basis. She specialises mainly in personal taxation but is also involved in VAT compliance for non-resident entities. Rachel prides herself on building strong, professional relationships with her portfolio of clients.
Misha Lalji

Misha joined Rathbones in 2024, having previously worked in both private banking and law firms. She qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and has experience in private client. She primarily deals with the taxation and administration of trusts and also prepares personal tax returns. Misha is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Arthur Gant

I joined Saunderson House in 2009 after graduating from Durham University with a degree in Economics. I became a Chartered Financial Planner in 2014, and joined Rathbones Financial Planning following the acquisition of Saunderson House in October 2021. I enjoy working closely with clients to help them achieve their objectives, and find the personal nature of the work extremely rewarding. Outside of work I enjoy keeping fit and active, and following the highs and lows of the England cricket team.

Joel is an investment director at Rathbones Investment Management International in Jersey and manages multi-asset discretionary portfolios for private clients, offshore trusts and charities. Joel is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder (CFA). He is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, having passed the CISI Certificate in Private Client Investment Advice and Management (PCIAM) with distinction. In addition, he holds the Diploma in Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

With ethical investment requirements being a particular focus, I create and manage tailored portfolios for clients. In addition to this, I sit on a number of internal committees to deliver the necessary resources to the firm's charity clients.
