Brendan is an investment manager with experience managing a variety of bespoke portfolios including SIPPs, ISAs, and discretionary trusts for private clients, financial advisers and solicitors. He is also a Trustee of Canine Partners, the assistance dog charity.Brendan has a first class honours degree in Veterinary Bioscience from the University of Glasgow and a MSc in Investment and Finance from the University of Strathclyde. Brendan is a Chartered Wealth Manager and also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Based in the Leeds office. Andrew joined Rathbones in 2023 from his previous role as Managing Director and Head of Leeds office at Brown Shipley. He is a Chartered Wealth Manager and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. He has been advising Charities, Trusts, Private Clients and Pension Funds for over 35 years.

Alanah joined Rathbones in 2015 and has over 11 years’ experience in the industry having previously worked for Brewin Dolphin.   She holds the both the Chartered Financial Planner designation and Fellow status from the Personal Finance Society.  She is also studying towards the Internationally recognised Financial planner TM certification from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.

Increasingly our clients wish to pursue ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) & Sustainable Investing which has become an area of keen personal interest and knowledge. Furthermore, I provide discretionary fund management (DFM) services for a number of financial advisers across the North West and beyond.

Nicole is a Trust Banking and Financial Control Manager having joined Rathbones in 1994.  She works in the London Trust department and also assists the Legal Team.  She is in charge of all the Company client accounts and prides herself on her attention to detail. Nicole has a sound working knowledge of Compliance as she also acts as a liaison between the MLRO and the Team on all AML matters.

Tim is a regional director responsible for Rathbones' Investment Management business in Liverpool. He started his investment career in 1994 initially with Neilson Cobbold which was acquired by Rathbones in 1996. Prior to this Tim served eight years in the Army with the 9th/12th Royal Lancers.

Lee has over 15 years finance industry experience, with the last 12 years gained in investment management including managing trust, private client and institutional portfolios, with particular expertise in macroeconomics and bonds. At Rathbones Lee sits on the group Fixed Interest Committee. Lee is a graduate of St. Andrews University with an MA (Hons) in Management and Economics; he also has an MBA from Edinburgh University. Lee is an Adjunct Professor at the Jersey International Business School and is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI.
