Siyuan Lin

Siyuan is a global equity analyst for Rathbones Asset Management who also works on sustainable investment ideas for the Rathbone Greenbank Global Sustainability Fund. Siyuan joined Rathbones in April 2013, having worked as a research analyst for three years in Martin Currie’s emerging markets team. She speaks three languages and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. Siyuan also holds the Investment Management Certificate.
Jonathan Giles

Jonathan is managing director of Rathbones Investment Management International. He manages a range of private client, trust and charity portfolios and for the past seven years has been included in the Citywealth Honours List, which recognises professionals in the private wealth management industry who have ‘technical expertise, trusted status, integrity and reputation’. He is also an adjunct lecturer at the Jersey International Business School.
Tom Smyth

Tom is a Chartered Fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute and a Chartered Wealth Manager. He is part of the team that transferred to Rathbones from Deutsche Bank in May 2014 and before Deutsche Bank Tom was a private client manager at Brown Shipley. As an investment director, Tom manages portfolios for private clients, pension funds, charities and trusts. He holds a MSc in Industrial Relations from Manchester Business School and a BSc in Management Studies from the University of Manchester (UMIST).
Amy Brown

As a Paraplanner here in the Cheltenham office my primary job is to support the South West regional Financial Planning team. I work alongside the Planners to conduct detailed research, review clients' financial situations and complete technical reports. The team works closely with clients' Investment Managers, Accountants and Solicitors to help them form a financial plan which meets their objectives. I liaise with all those involved from the start of our client's Rathbones journey to the point that the plan is formed and beyond.

Malcolm Osrin

I manage a wide range of bespoke, multicurrency portfolios for ultra-high-net-worth, globally minded clients including portfolios in their personal names, trusts, companies or pensions. I have a particular focus on South African clients, whom I visit regularly, but I also manage a number of UK-based clients, particularly those with a global outlook. My over-riding priority is to always act in my clients' best interests, helping them to achieve their financial goals through a deep understanding of their current circumstances, requirements, financial objectives and aspirations.

Dominic joined Greenbank in 2020 and is an Investment Manager, specialising in managing ethical portfolios on behalf of private clients, trusts and charities. He has a first-class Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Leicester. He began his career working at Morgan Stanley before heading to Close Brothers Asset Management. Dominic is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and a holder of the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma.
Tim Fuller

Tim joined Saunderson House (part of Rathbones Group since 2021) after graduating from the University of Nottingham in 2004. A Chartered Financial Planner, Tim works with City professionals, entrepreneurs and families, assisting with all aspects of their financial planning and objectives. In his spare time Tim enjoys spending time with his young family and following Everton FC.
Huw O'Dell

Huw is a Senior Investment Sales Executive, focused on building relationships with financial advisers, wealth managers and discretionary fund managers in the north of England, as well as overseeing a number of key national strategic relationships.Prior to joining Rathbones, Huw held operational and relationship management roles at Northern Trust and Allfunds Bank.Huw holds a BA (Hons) degree in Humanities from the University of Brighton.
Dharmash Mistry

Dharmash was appointed as non-executive director on 5 October 2021. He is currently a board member of Halma plc, the FA (on behalf of Premier League). Dharmash started his career with Procter and Gamble on their graduate programme and then went on to become a brand manager, followed by a period with Boston Consulting Group. He spent eight years in the media as Group Managing Director of EMAP Consumer Media and EMAP Performance.
Alfie Saunders

Alfie is an assistant investment manager supporting Peter Thomson and Jason Toole with discretionary portfolio management, investment selection and client relationships. The team specialises in domestic, offshore and international clients, SEC private clients, Charitable mandates, pension schemes and trusts. He joined Rathbones in September 2018 having graduated from the University of Brighton with a BSc (Hons) in Finance and Investment. After completing the Rathbones graduate programme in 2020 he joined the team full time.
Dan Stark

Dan joined Saunderson House (since merged with Rathbones) in 2007, having spent 3 years working at Prudential in their Bulk Annuities department. Having graduated from the University of Manchester with a B.A. in Economics and Business Studies, Dan completed the relevant exams through the Chartered Insurance Institute to become a Chartered Financial Planner in 2012.
