I am currently studying towards the Chartered Wealth Manager qualification with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments. I began my career in 2023 with The McKnight Financial Group as a Trainee Financial Adviser, where I gained foundational experience in financial planning and client engagement.

As senior investment director at Rathbones, based in Belfast, I work with a wide range of clients and professional introducers in both Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. I manage portfolios for private clients, trusts, SIPP's, charities and corporate entities. This involves working closely alongside other professionals, including solicitors, accountants, financial advisers and CSP providers to build and implement bespoke investment strategies for clients.

Ben joined Rathbones following the acquisition of Speirs & Jeffrey, where he initially started on the trainee scheme in 2018.   Ben is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. He has obtained the Investment Advice Diploma in Securities & Derivatives and Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM) qualification.  Ben holds a degree in Industrial Design & Technology from Loughborough University.
