Covers half year to 30 June 2021 Paul Stockton, chief executive said: “Investment markets improved in the first half of 2021 as sentiment began to look beyond the pandemic. Continued organic growth also helped increase our funds under management and administration to £59.2 billion at 30 June 2021, up 8.2% from £54.7 billion at 31 December 2020 and up 19.8% from £49.4 billion at 30 June 2020.

Head of collectives research named in list of rising stars

Rathbones is pleased to announce that Alex Moore, head of collectives research, has been recognised as a rising star in the industry by landing a spot in PAM’s 2019 Top 40 under 40. Moore joined Rathbones in May 2015 as a collectives research analyst and was promoted to head of collectives research in July 2018. Prior to joining, he worked for the British Steel Pension Fund and Dimensional Fund Advisors, specialising in Asia-Pacific and emerging markets equity portfolio management.

The charity's library is well established and serves over 1,000 families, schools, Vision Support Services and public libraries, making over 10,000 loans in the last year alone.

To help combat the problem, Rathbones is supporting a new FCA campaign called Scam Smart. Rathbones today confirms the appointment of Natalie Merrens as Head of Investment Solutions for Rathbone Private Office. Natalie has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry and joins from Kleinwort Benson where she was Head of the Investment Solutions Group. At Rathbones, she will be responsible for building the Rathbone Private Office proposition and will work alongside the client-facing team to help them provide investment advice and service to Private Office clients. Natalie will report to Andrew Clark, Head of Rathbone Private Office.
