Elisa joined Rathbones in June 2018 as a credit analyst. She is responsible for providing in depth credit analysis for the Rathbone Strategic Bond Fund, the Rathbone Ethical Bond Fund and the Rathbone Greenbank Global Sustainable Bond Fund. Elisa is also part of our Fixed Income Committee.Elisa was awarded a 2.1 Master’s degree in Economics in 2012 from the Universita degli Studi di Pavia and a postgraduate certificate in financial investments in 2014 from the London School of Business and Finance.

Jacqueline has had a long and successful career at Standard Life, latterly as Head of UK Wholesale & Retail Business. She was then appointed Head of UK Distribution for the newly combined Aberdeen Standard Investments in 2017, where she held overall responsibility for institutional, wholesale and retail distribution, and clients, in addition to the company’s liquidity business. Jacqueline has also sat on a number of subsidiary boards, and is an Investment Funds Committee member for the Investment Association.

Gerry is a business development director and is a key point of contact for financial advisers in the North of England.  He specialises in discretionary fund management and multi-asset investment solutions for the financial adviser market.  He joined Rathbones in 1993 and spent the first 23 years of his career working in Operations.  In 2016, Gerry moved into a business development role and became a Key Account Manager working with a national strategic partner.  In 2019, he became a DFM specialist responsible for developing relationships with all financial advisers in the

Rahab is the sustainable multi-asset investment specialist for the Rathbone Greenbank Multi-Asset Portfolio funds. She joined Rathbones in 2021, having worked previously as a junior responsible investment specialist at HSBC Asset Management. Rahab graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc in Economics, holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Originally from Cambridge, Crea joined Rathbones in 2021 after three years working as a Financial Planner at a wealth management firm in Edinburgh. She graduated from Heriot Watt University in 2018 with an honours degree in Finance and Business. In 2020, Crea obtained the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and is now working towards chartered status with the Chartered Insurance Institute.

James began his Financial Planning career in 2018. He has a variety of responsibilities within the team which include; modelling our client cash-flow plans, preparing for annual review meetings, drafting less complex pieces of written advice and organising our client work flow. James graduated with first class honours in Agri-Business Management from the University of Newcastle. He holds the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and is working to towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.

Joe joined Rathbones at the start of 2021 and has obtained the Diploma of Regulated Financial Planning.  He graduated in 2016 from Queen Mary with a BSc in Economics, Finance and Management. Before working at Rathbones, he was a Trainee Financial Adviser at Vintage Wealth Management where he initially worked in administrative roles before paraplanning.

Ashley comes from an HR/L&D background, having worked in the industry for three years as an apprentice for a boutique executive search firm before moving into financial planning in 2019. He completed his diploma in 2020 and moved into a paraplanner role shortly after, assisting advisers with research and writing client reports.

Tom is the CEO of Rathbones Asset Management, having joined us in March 2022 as chief investment officer. Tom has over 25 years’ experience in the industry and joined from Sanlam UK where he was head of asset management.  Tom spent much of his career as a fund manager with M&G and Schroders before co-founding the investment boutique FOUR Capital Partners, which was then bought by Sanlam. Tom is also Chartered Accountant, having worked at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).

Jemima is an Investment Sales Consultant for the West region, working alongside Ben Johnson and Matt Honour. She will focus on building relationships with Financial Advisors and discretionary fund managers in Bristol, Bath, Birmingham, south Wales, Cornwall and Devon. Jemima previously worked at Jupiter Asset Management where she worked for over two years as a Sales Support Executive.     Jemima holds a B.B.A in Finance and a Minor in Entrepreneurship at Georgia State University.

Jenny joined Rathbones in 2021 as part of the distribution team. In April 2024, she started as an engagement analyst working with all the fund management franchises to deliver Rathbone Asset Management's engagement strategy and lead direct engagements with companies. Jenny previously held internships at Polar Capital, Artemis Investment Management and Odey Asset Management. Jenny holds a BSC (Hons) Economics degree from the University of Birmingham.
