Rathbones wins hat trick of awards

Rathbones investment managers had a busy night on Thursday 13th May, as the recipients of three, high profile prestigious awards.

At the Citywealth awards, we won two awards “Private Client Asset Manager of the Year” and “Charity Investment Manager of the Year”.   This is the fourth year in a row that our Charities team has won this award (and five times in the last six years).  Private Client Asset Manager of the Year is a second win for Rathbones, after scooping the award at Citywealth last year.  The awards are voted for by peers and clients and we were nominated with up to a dozen competitors in each category.  We were recognised as demonstrating excellence in client service, leadership and vision plus overall contribution to the profession.

Melanie Wotherspoon, Business Development Director and Andrew Pitt, Head of Charities London hosted a table at the awards and were delighted to accept the awards on behalf of their teams.

The Charities team had further success at the Charity Times “Better Society” Awards, winning Asset Manager of the Year.  Organised by the Better Society Network and now in its second year, the Better Society Awards reach out beyond the horizons of any one sector to assess and reward those who are helping to create a better, more equal, ethical and sustainable world.  We were recognised for our work within the charity sector.
