Rathbones Group Plc - Director Resignation
3 June 2014
<p>Oliver Corbett, a non-executive director of Rathbone Group Plc (“Rathbones”), will today, subject to regulatory consent, join the board of Close Brothers Group plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, as an independent non-executive director. Accordingly it has been agreed that also today, Oliver will step down from the Rathbones board and that James Dean (who joined the board on 1 November 2013) will, in accordance with Rathbones’ succession plan, succeed Oliver as Chairman of the audit committee.</p>

Rathbones secures title sponsor of the 2017 Women's Lacrosse World Cup

<p>Rathbone Brothers Plc, the FTSE 250 wealth management company, has increased its commitment to English Lacrosse by becoming the title sponsor of the 2017 FIL Women’s Lacrosse World Cup.</p>
<p>The FIL Rathbones Women’s Lacrosse World Cup will be hosted at Surrey Sports Park the 13 – 22 July 2017. This will be the 10th Women’s World Cup and more than 26 nations are expected to compete for the world title. The nine day event will welcome over 10,000 spectators, 700 elite athletes and 2,000 festival lacrosse participants.</p>
