ESG considerations are embedded within our investment research and decision-making. Our fund managers and analysts integrate material environmental, social and governance factors alongside traditional financial analysis to build a holistic view of risk and return.
Specialist expertise
Our investment teams are supported by a dedicated Responsible Investment Centre of Excellence, bringing together ESG integration, stewardship, and ethical and sustainable research into a single, integrated function.

Mindful of our responsibilities to our clients, we seek to be good, long-term stewards of the investments which we manage on their behalf. Through voting, engagement and escalation, we seek to influence positive change, safeguard value and hold companies to account.
Stewardship
We set clear engagement priorities to focus on the issues most material to our investments and, ultimately, our clients. These are reviewed annually using both quantitative analysis and investment insight, ensuring our efforts remain relevant and targeted, with many engagements continuing over multiple years where needed.
Our activity spans thematic areas such as climate, biodiversity and social issues, delivered through a mix of direct and collaborative engagement. We also retain flexibility to respond to emerging risks, ensuring we can act promptly where issues arise.
