Craig Brown

Craig Brown is the Commercial Director at Rathbones Asset Management. In partnership with our CEO, he is responsible for driving and executing the firm's commercial growth agenda, including investment capability development, proposition design, route-to-market strategy, Institutional and International client strategy, and the leadership of the Investment Specialist team. He works closely with Distribution and Marketing to deliver the business's commercial objectives and support the growth of Rathbones Asset Management.

Craig joined Rathbones in 2018 as Senior Investment Specialist for the Multi-Asset fund range, before being promoted to Head of Investment Solutions & Specialists and subsequently to Commercial Director. Prior to Rathbones, he was a multi-asset portfolio manager at Beckett Asset Management, responsible for constructing a range of multi-asset portfolios and fund selection. Earlier in his career, he held a range of investment and client-facing roles at Barclays Wealth & Investment Management and Citibank. Across these roles, he has built expertise spanning multi-asset investing, product strategy and commercial leadership.

Craig is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
