He has nearly 3 decades experience in financial services and is recognised for delivering complex transformation and innovation, driving operational efficiency, and building high‑performing teams. Stephen previously held senior leadership roles across investment banking, data vendors, and fintech. Outside of work, he is Chairman of the children’s heart charity ECHO UK.
