Vicki graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 2007 with a degree in Mathematics. After spending a couple of years working with a smaller financial firm in Glasgow, she joined Speirs & Jeffrey in April 2010. Speirs & Jeffrey was fully integrated with Rathbones in July 2019. She was appointed an Investment Director in January 2018 and manages a wide range of client portfolios. Vicki also sits on the Glasgow Management Committee and is head of the ‘Pink Cloud’ in our Glasgow office.

Marc Nightingale

Marc is a Senior Investment Director at Rathbones Investment Management International in Jersey and manages multi-asset discretionary portfolios for private clients. Marc is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments, having passed the Private Client Investment Advice and Management (PCIAM) with merit. In addition, he holds the Investment Advice Certificate (IAC) and Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

Rob is a Senior Investment Director at Rathbones Investment Management International in Jersey and manages multi-asset discretionary portfolios for private clients. Rob is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments, having passed the Private Client Investment Advice and Management (PCIAM) and also holding the Investment Management Certificate (IMC). Rob began his career at HSBC Asset Management in Jersey prior to taking up a secondment with HSBC Private Bank in Dubai.

Henrietta Church

Henrietta joined Rathbones as a Client Service Executive in July 2025 to assist the Strategic Partnership Team, with the responsibility of providing administrative and investment support to the team and their clients. Prior to Rathbones, Henrietta worked as a Client Relationship Manager at SPF Private Clients in London and spent the previous 10 years living in Melbourne, Australia where she held the role as an Associate Adviser for Bell Potter Securities.
Alex Ahern

Alex joined Investec Wealth and Investment (now Rathbones) in 2023 and works within the Strategic Partnership Team. Initially working as an Investment Administrator, he progressed to the role of Associate Investment Manager. In this capacity, Alex supports Investment Directors in constructing and managing discretionary portfolios for high-net-worth clients, focusing on portfolio implementation, performance monitoring, and tax-efficient planning. Alex is Level 4 qualified and currently working toward completing the Chartered Wealth Manager Level 7 exams.
Taylor Brady

Taylor is a Trainee Wealth Planner in Rathbones’ Strategic Partnership Team. He has been at Rathbones for just over two years, having previously worked at a smaller IFA in the North West. He holds Chartered and Fellowship status and he is currently studying for CFA Level II. Before moving into wealth planning, Taylor worked in accountancy and progressed through his accounting exams, which laid a strong technical foundation for his advisory work.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys golfing and running, and can often be found at Anfield supporting the Reds.
