Kate joined Rathbones as an Investment Director in 2016 and is based in our Winchester office. She concentrates on investments for private individuals, their pensions, family trusts and charities, specialising in the management of multi-asset portfolios. Within Rathbones, Kate sits on various committees including our Vulnerable Client Panel as well as specialist teams focused on supporting Entrepreneurs and Divorcee clients.
Anu Khanduja

Anu joined Rathbones in May 2026 and is a private client solicitor specialising in wills, trusts, estate administration and succession planning.
She advises individuals and families on a wide range of personal legal matters, helping them to structure and preserve wealth with clarity and confidence. Her work includes supporting multi-generational families and clients with cross-border interests, providing pragmatic and carefully considered advice tailored to their circumstances.
Steph Littler

Steph joined Rathbones in March 2022, having previously worked within the Court of Protection teams at Barclays Wealth and Brown Shipley. With over seven years’ experience in the financial services industry, Steph has developed strong expertise in supporting deputies and trustees and working with vulnerable clients.
Lucy Lepore

Lucy is an investment manager at Rathbones Greenbank, having joined in October 2020. She graduated from Cardiff University in 2018 with a first class degree in Mathematics, Operational Research and Statistics (BSc).
Lucy specialises in ethical and sustainable portfolios for private clients, trusts and companies. Lucy is a CFA Charterholder and has also achieved the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma in Securities, and Financial Planning and Advice.
Grace Wood

Grace joined Rathbones in 2024 having previously worked within a client services role.
Grace provides administrative support for the team and also assists with certain data entry and drafting tasks.
Grace is currently studying for STEP to develop her knowledge and understanding more generally of the administration of trusts and estates as well as their taxation.

Britt Waylett is an Associate Financial Planner at Rathbones, based in Cheltenham. She joined Rathbones in 2024 as a Paraplanner and progressed into her current role. Britt plays a key role in supporting the delivery of holistic financial planning. She holds a degree in Politics from the University of Liverpool and has achieved the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
