Archie joined Rathbones in 2018 as a voting and governance analyst. He supports Matt Crossman, on the stewardship team, ensuring informed proxy voting and corporate engagement activities as part of Rathbones’ stewardship policies, and helping to promote the integration of ESG within the investment process.
Prior to Rathbones, Archie worked for Oikocredit in their UK and Ireland office. During his time there, he worked as a client executive, tasked with generating capital from individuals and institutions.
Jing Hu

Jing is a senior asset allocation analyst at Rathbones, supporting the head of asset allocation research as well the Strategic Asset Allocation Committee in maintaining and improving Rathbones' top-down investment process.
Jing joined the firm in February 2017, before which she worked as an investment analyst for the investment arm of Arbuthnot Latham, a London based boutique private bank. She spent over three years at Arbuthnot, learning and contributing in areas of fund selection, thematic research and client support.

Rathbones has been named ‘Investment Manager of the Year’ at the Charity Times Awards 2016. The judges praised Rathbones’ “impressive growth” and “genuine commitment to ethics and performance.”
This is the third major charity accolade of the year for Rathbones, having won ‘Asset Manager of the Year’ at the Better Society Awards, and ‘Charity Investment Manager of the Year’ at the Citywealth Awards.
Will Mcintosh-Whyte

Will is a fund manager on the Rathbone Multi-Asset Portfolio Funds, the offshore Luxembourg-based SICAVs, as well as the Rathbones Managed Portfolio Service (MPS), working alongside David Coombs. He joined Rathbones in 2007, having worked previously as a specialist researcher for Theisen Securities. At Rathbones, Will joined the charities team, and was appointed as an investment manager in 2011, running institutional multi-asset mandates. He has been on the multi-asset team since 2015 and is a member of Rathbones’ Fixed Income Funds Committee.
Nicholas Hall

Nicholas joined Rathbones in April 2016 from HSBC where he had spent the last 28 years working in the Discretionary Wealth Management division. He graduated from the University of Southampton in 1984 with a bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Studies.
David Coombs

David is head of the team that is responsible for managing the Rathbone Multi-Asset Portfolio funds. He joined Rathbones in 2007 after spending 19 years with Baring Asset Management where he managed multi asset funds and segregated mandates. He began his career with Hambros Bank in 1984

David Harrison

David is the head of sustainability and lead fund manager of the Rathbone Greenbank Global Sustainability Fund at Rathbones Asset Management. David joined Rathbones in June 2014 after 14 years working in equity analysis and fund management, including time at Hermes and Goldman Sachs. David is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds the Investment Management Certificate. He graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Politics from the University of Southampton.
