We started life as a family-run timber merchant, and by 1912 focused solely on managing our clients’ wealth. Today, we’re a top 3 UK wealth manager, with over 20 offices across the UK and Channel Islands.

We're also proud to support our wider community through initiatives like the Rathbones Group Foundation. 
Our story is still being written – and we’re excited to help our clients shape theirs too.

Rathbones to acquire Vision as part of its continuing growth strategy

Rathbones Group Plc (“Rathbones”) announces that it has agreed to purchase the remaining 80.1% of Vision Independent Financial Planning Ltd (“Vision”) and Castle Investment Solutions Ltd (“Castle”) (the “Vision Group”). 

Vision is an independent specialist financial advice network focusing on high net worth private clients. As at 31 August 2015, it had £925 million of assets under advice and 78 advisers operating nationally.  Castle operates as a sister company to Vision, providing it with administrative services.  Rathbones purchased a 19.9% stake in the Vision Group for £2m in October 2012

The Rathbones Charity Symposium 2016 has been announced

Rathbones is to host its Charity Symposium on Thursday, 28 April 2016 at the newly refurbished IET London: Savoy Place.  At what is now a well-established event in the not-for-profit calendar, Rathbones’ spokespeople will be joined by Lord Coe, President of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), as the keynote speaker. Seb is one of the greatest athletes of our time, setting an incredible 12 world records over four distances and achieving four gold medals and three silver in the Olympics and European Championships.
