Available assistance
Disabled parking
There are no on-site facilities available for parking at this location. However street parking is available to the front of the building, which is for public use.
Signage
Signage has been installed in Rathbones' areas to assist disabled persons with safe passage in and around the location. For your convenience all signs are tactile.
Wheelchair access
Wheelchair users can access the building through the front entrance where building security will provide assistance for entry to the lift. Access to the office using the lift to the 3rd floor and using the intercom to contact our reception.
Induction loop
At the reception desk an induction loop system is placed for your convenience. Writing materials will always be available if this is your preferred method of communication.
Lifts
Signage will denote which floor the lift stops at.
Stairs
Stairs and landings are adequately signed and illuminated. To visually assist users, treads and risers are fitted with a nosing of a distinguishable colour.
Fire exit
Where required a member of the company will help you leave the building safely.
