Camilla was appointed Chief Executive Officer, Wealth, Rathbones Group in June 2025, bringing over 30 years of experience in Wealth Management and Private Banking. She has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving strategic growth, and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients across the high net worth and ultra-high net worth segments, both onshore and offshore. Camilla has held a series of senior leadership roles at Coutts & Co, including Head of International and Private Office, Head of Wealth and Investment Management, and most recently, Managing Director, Head of Private and Commercial Client Coverage. She led the Coutts coverage business through a period of significant growth and transformation, with a strong focus on client service excellence, technology-driven change, and cultural leadership.

She has deep expertise in wealth management, private client advice, regulatory compliance, and strategic transformation, built over her career with Coutts, Schroders and Lloyds Private Bank. Camilla is a Board member of PIMFA, the UK’s trade association for wealth management, investment services, and financial advice; as well as a member of the Advisory Board for Women in Banking & Finance.

Cheryl joined Rathbones in 2022 and has over 11 years’ experience in the industry having previously worked for the multi-family office Stonehage Fleming and LGT Wealth Management. Outside of Financial Planning, she has previous experience working as a Detective in the Metropolitan Police and currently volunteers for the RNLI.

Cheryl holds the both the Chartered Financial Planner designation and Fellow status from the Personal Finance Society. She was a finalist for Financial Planner of the Year - Scotland & NI in the Women in Financial Advice Awards 2024.

Cheryl is passionate about proving a holistic Financial Planning service to a broad spectrum of UK based private clients and families on matters including tax efficient structuring, pension planning, Inheritance Tax mitigation and intergenerational wealth transfer.

Carolyn is a Senior Investment Analyst for equity investments at Greenbank. She joined Greenbank in June 2024 and has over twenty years’ experience as both an equity analyst and an ESG analyst. She worked for blue-chip banks including Cazenove, Citigroup, UBS, and Deutsche Bank, before switching focus to Sustainable Investments. She then joined Newton Investment Management as an ESG analyst, before moving to join the sustainable investment team at T Rowe Price. Carolyn holds an MA (Cantab) in Economics from Cambridge University, and the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.

Returning to Belfast in 2017, Niall completed his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning via the CII in 2019 and is currently working towards Chartered Financial Planner status via the CISI.

Niall joined the Financial Planning Team at Rathbones in December 2024. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling and socialising with friends & family. He is also a keen sailor, having previously competed in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race.

Jonathan was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer (designate) on 1st July 2025.

Jonathan joins Rathbones from Capstone, the alternatives investment manager, where he was President.  Prior to this, Jonathan was Chief Financial Officer and then President of Man Group plc, the listed asset manager. He began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Managing Director working in the Investment Banking, Investment Management and Securities divisions in London and New York. 

Jonathan is the co-founder of the 10,000 Interns Foundation and of ABL, which provide paid internships for student from underrepresented groups. Jonathan works extensively with the NSPCC, the children’s charity, as a member of its Rebuilding Childhoods Board and as an Honorary Council Member. Most recently, Jonathan has founded Towards, a business providing local, accessible and affordable mental healthcare in the UK which he chairs in a non-executive capacity.

Jonathan has an MA in Law from Cambridge University.

Prior to that, Dianne worked at Armstrong Watson Accountants in Carlisle for over 10 years as office administration manager in the Investment Management division before moving to the North-East in 1998.

Marcus graduated from Newcastle University in 2000 before moving to London to work for Brewin Dolphin, a position he held for 9 years. Marcus then moved to become a Client Advisor for UBS Wealth Management in London where he remained for 13 years, before relocating to take the Head of Office role at UBS in Newcastle.

Marcus holds the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI) Diploma and is a CFA Charterholder.

Marc started his financial career in 2011 at Goldman Sachs in Sales & Trading management covering Equities and Equity Derivatives before moving to Barclays Private Bank. At Barclays, Marc worked in Sales Management and directly with clients, latterly running the Midlands Region for Barclays Private Bank. Marc was named Private Banker of the Year at the City Wealth Future Leaders awards in 2022 and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.

Michal began her career in South Africa, where she spent a decade developing her expertise in Paraplanning before relocating to the UK two years ago to continue in the profession. She holds a BSc Hons in Mathematics from the University of York (UK), a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State (SA), and a Level 4 Diploma in Investment Advice from the CISI (UK). 

Michal is also a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, reflecting her commitment to high standards and technical excellence in financial planning.
