Gaynor Gillespie

Gaynor joined Rathbones in May 2021 as Chief People Officer. With over 30 years’ experience, Gaynor joined from BNP Paribas UK where she led a team of 21 and was responsible for all aspects of people management, performance, culture, talent and engagement. Previous roles include Group HR Director at Tilney Group where she led the people agenda for a business with 30 offices UK-wide, spanning 3 brands, prior to which she was a People and Corporate Development Director at Capital and Regional Plc, taking on leadership responsibility and supporting the Chairman and the CEO in restructuring the organisation.
