Jessica Cousins

Jessica qualified as a solicitor in 2015, having trained with Wedlake Bell LLP, and joined Rathbones in 2022. Jessica’s practice covers all aspects of residential conveyancing, acting for UK and overseas individuals, estates, companies and trusts, advising on: disposals and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold properties; new-build purchases; voluntary and compulsory first registrations of title; general landlord and tenant issues, and other associated matters. In addition to residential property work, Jessica also deals with the administration of estates. Jessica is now on maternity leave.
