Kate Palmer

Kate joined Rathbones as an Investment Director in 2016 and is based in our Winchester office. She concentrates on investments for private individuals, their pensions, family trusts and charities, specialising in the management of multi-asset portfolios. Within Rathbones, Kate sits on various committees including our Vulnerable Client Panel as well as specialist teams focussed on supporting Entrepreneurs and Divorcee clients.Kate’s career started at Bordier UK in London in 2005 where she trained and became an Investment Manager. She also sat on the Investment Committee at Bordier and was Head of Structured Products. Prior to Bordier, she graduated from the University of Manchester with an honours degree in Economics specialising in Accounting and Finance. Before achieving the Masters in Wealth Management. She was named in the Top 30 under 30 in 2013 and more recently in 2022 was the Citywealth Investment Manager of the Year, Gold.
