Tilia joined Rathbones in 2022 as a junior ESG and stewardship analyst. She is part of the stewardship team, working on corporate engagement activities, informed proxy voting and the integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors within the investment process. Prior to joining Rathbones, Tilia was knowledge officer at Accounting for Sustainability (A4S) where she worked to inspire action by finance leaders to drive a shift towards resilient business models and a sustainable economy. Tilia is a graduate of Durham University where she studied Geography and has also completed the Chartered Banker Institute’s Certificate in Green and Sustainable Finance.
