Michael joined Greenbank in 2021, having started his career with BlueBay Asset Management in London in 2018. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and has earned the Institute’s Masters-level qualification. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol, as well as a Master’s in Finance from University College Dublin.

I am a Chartered Financial Planner at Rathbones, providing holistic financial planning and investment advice to clients and their families. This involves providing a pro-active personalised service to first understand our client’s life goals and motivations, then building a tailored financial plan to achieve. I aim to provide peace of mind for our client’s financial futures and my focus is on building long-term relationships that can help our clients navigate their way through various challenges including:


• Accumulating wealth tax efficiently by making use of appropriate tax allowances.
• Building long term forecasts to help clients understand when they can achieve certain goals such as retirement, gifts or property purchases.
• Helping our clients draw tax efficiently from their assets in the decumulation phase.
• Helping our clients understand how and when they can pass assets on tax efficiently to their loved ones.
• Sensible estate planning with a view of mitigating inheritance tax.

I have also recently been recognised with an individual nomination in the 2025 CityWealth awards. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, playing and watching various sports including football, rugby and padel as well as spending time with friends and family in Hertfordshire.

Rob joined Rathbones in August 2024 from CCLA Investment Management, where he was a portfolio manager on their multi-asset and global equity funds. Prior to that, Rob was a senior analyst at Selector Funds Management in Sydney, working on high-conviction Australian equity funds. Rob has managed investment portfolios for a variety of charities, not-for-profit organisations, pension funds and retail investors.

Rob has a BA in Economics from the University of Sydney and is a CFA charterholder.

Jessica is a Chartered Financial Planner and joined Saunderson House, now Rathbones Financial Planning, in March 2020. Jessica enjoys helping clients to achieve their long term goals, by carefully constructing a plan to address their unique personal and financial circumstances. Jessica works with clients on a holistic basis, helping to plan for their future through wealth accumulation, tax planning and mitigation, retirement planning and estate and inheritance tax planning. Jessica studied Law at the University of East Anglia (UEA) and has completed the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.

Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys playing tennis, travelling with family and friends and long dog walks whilst battling the British weather.
