Tiffany is an Investment Director specialising in the management of portfolios for individuals, charities, trusts and family office arrangements, both onshore and offshore. Looking after clients who are new to investments as well as those with industry experience, Tiffany helps clients understand and meet their investment objectives.

Tiffany joined Rathbones in 2012 and is a Team Leader in the London office. Prior to Rathbones, Tiffany completed her GDL and LPC at BPP Law School and began her career as a trainee specialising in Employment Law and Industrial Relations. In 2007 she joined Taylor Young Investment Management which was later acquired by Rathbones.

Tiffany is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

Henry is a business development director at Rathbones. He operates from the Liverpool office and covers the North West of England and North Wales. His responsibilities include creating opportunities for investment managers to acquire new business from trustees, both charitable and private, lawyers, accountants and private individuals. He joined Rathbones in 1994. Prior to this, he worked at what was then Wise Speke stockbrokers in Manchester.

Gordon graduated from Strathclyde University with a degree in Analytical Chemistry before joining Speirs & Jeffrey in 1992. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Speirs & Jeffrey was fully integrated with Rathbones in July 2019.

Neil is an investment director and has more than 20 years of investment experience. Neil started his career at Rathbones in 1998, before joining Tilney in 2000 and then Cazenove in 2002, where he spent nearly 17 years.

Neil is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. Neil manages discretionary investment portfolios for private clients, pensions, trusts, and charities, working with clients and their advisers.

Alex joined Saunderson House (SHL) in 2015 as part of the graduate trainee programme and is now a Chartered Financial Planner and part of Rathbones Financial Planning following the acquisition of SHL in October 2021. He enjoys working with clients to help them determine and prioritise their financial goals and put in place a robust plan to achieve them.  This covers those accumulating wealth in the earlier stages of their journey, through to retired individuals who require assistance with ensuring that they can sustain their standard of living for their lifetimes.  Outside of work, Alex is an avid sports fan and enjoys skiing as well as playing football and golf.  He also enjoys travelling to and exploring new places and cultures.

I graduated from University of Southampton with a psychology degree and have worked in client facing roles across previous jobs and since joining Investec. I enjoy building my knowledge on the technical aspects of the role with study and research but communicating with clients on a daily basis and helping them to achieve their objectives has been the most valuable for my development.

Following completion of his BSc in Economics at the LSE and a successful Summer internship at Saunderson House (SHL), Matt joined permanently in 2014 as part of the graduate trainee programme and is now a part of Rathbones Financial Planning following the acquisition of SHL in October 2021.  Matt has completed the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, and was subsequently awarded Chartered status in 2018.

Matt enjoys working with an incredibly wide variety of clients from different professions and backgrounds.  He particularly enjoys building personal relationships with clients and their families as they navigate changes in life stage and circumstances.

Matt is married to Naomi and they have a very young daughter.   They are actively involved with their church and enjoy going for long walks.

Will began his career at Hargreaves Lansdown in 2018, before moving to the Brunel Pension Partnership, where he was a portfolio analyst and then a deputy portfolio manager. Will read English Literature at Newcastle University, graduating in 2016. He is a CFA charter holder.

Alex was included in Citywire’s 30 under 30 in Wealth management for 2022, which recognises future talent within the Investment Management industry.

John joined Rathbones in 2020, following a near-twenty year investment career at Barclays.    In 2016, John took on management of Barclays’ Court of Protection (CoP) and Special Interest (SI) book, representing the most vulnerable component of Barclays’ discretionary proposition. This involved a tailored style of management sensitive to the unique nature of each set of client circumstances.   Prior to specialising in CoP and SI work, John managed private client, offshore bond, trust and pension portfolios for Barclays’ Northern Ireland discretionary book. He served on Barclays’ Fixed Income Collectives Committee, and was latterly responsible for the allocation of Government Debt and European equity within the firm’s regional models.   John graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2000, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
