Cheryl is an enthusiastic singer with London Show Choir, and has a particular interest in animal welfare.

Helen qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and joined Rathbones in November 2019. She advises clients on tax and estate planning including preparing wills and drafting and advising on trusts. Helen also deals with the administration of estates including those with an international aspect.

She has experience of acting for trustees and executors in court applications to resolve issues that arise in the course of administration and for the approval of variations to trusts on behalf of minor beneficiaries.

Helen advises on Lasting Powers of Attorney. She also acts in relation to Court of Protection matters such as applications for the appointment of deputies and the approval of statutory wills and lifetime gifts.

Jessica’s practice covers all aspects of residential conveyancing, acting for UK and overseas individuals, estates, companies and trusts, advising on: disposals and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold properties; new-build purchases; voluntary and compulsory first registrations of title; general landlord and tenant issues, and other associated matters.

In addition to residential property work, Jessica also deals with the administration of estates.

Jessica qualified as a solicitor in 2015, having trained with Wedlake Bell LLP, and joined Rathbones  in 2022.
