You have a direct relationship with your investment manager and can contact them at any time. He or she will meet you in person every year, or more often if preferred, to review the investment strategy and performance of your portfolio.
The purpose of these meetings is not just to talk numbers. It’s an opportunity for us to discuss any changes in your charity’s circumstances or requirements and to look forward together.
As well as meetings, you will receive regular updates on the performance of the portfolio. Detailed information is also available online.
We have invested in the technology to give you a precise and up-to-date picture of your charity’s investments. Inadequate reporting can be one of the biggest frustrations in a relationship, which is why we do not outsource this important activity to anyone else.
We place the same emphasis on quality in our administration of your portfolio. Custody, management of dividends and interest and capital events are all taken care of in-house under the direction of your investment manager.
