Tiffany is an experienced Investment Director at Rathbones Investment Management International, based in Guernsey, where she has managed multi-asset discretionary portfolios for private clients, offshore trusts, and corporates for over a decade. With a strong track record of delivering tailored investment solutions, Tiffany brings a wealth of expertise and a client-centric approach to her role. Tiffany joined Rathbones having been a part of the Investec Wealth and Investment (CI) since 2021.

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), Tiffany holds the Chartered Wealth Manager qualification, as well as the CISI Certificate in Private Client Investment Advice and Management (PCIAM) and the Investment Advice Diploma (IAD). More recently, Tiffany has undertaken the Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, underscoring her commitment to professional excellence. Tiffany graduated from Brunel University in 2015 with a First Class Honours Degree in Business Management.

Shaun leads our Guernsey business and has more than 43 years’ experience in private banking, wealth management and trust planning for local and international high-net-worth clients.

Shaun Joined Investec Bank (CI) Limited’s Leadership Team in 2001 with responsibility for Private Clients. In 2012, Shaun helped establish Investec Wealth & Investment (CI) Limited and leads the business as Executive Director. Shaun has also been appointed an Executive Director of Rathbones Investment Management International Limited following the recent merger.

Shaun is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI, and a Chartered Wealth Manager. He is also a Member of STEP and holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management. Shaun was previously a Non-Executive Director of the CISI for three years in the UK, and a past president of the CISI Guernsey Branch. Shaun is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and holds the IoD's Chartered Director qualification.

Harry joined the team at Rathbones Cambridge in 2023, having previously been an International Investment Director at Investec Wealth and Investment. He has over 20 years’ experience in private client wealth management, managing portfolios for individuals, personal pensions, corporates and entrepreneurs.

Harry has significant experience building bespoke investment solutions for both UK and international clients. He also holds a degree in Economics, is a registered member of SAIFM and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (FCSI).
