Sam is an investment director and joined Rathbones in 2024. Prior to Rathbones, Sam worked for twelve years at Brooks Macdonald, managing discretionary multi-asset portfolios on behalf of individuals, families, trusts, charities, corporates and pension funds.

Sam graduated from the University of Kent in 2011 with a First Class Honours Degree in Financial Economics and Econometrics. Sam is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder. He has obtained the CISI Investment Advice Diploma and CISI Diploma in Wealth Management, as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Margaret is an Assistant Investment Manager at Rathbones, working alongside Nicholas Darke and David Sylvester to manage investments for discretionary and advisory client portfolios. She joined Rathbones in 2022 through the Investment Management Graduate Scheme.

Margaret holds an LLB Law degree from the University of Birmingham, which she earned in 2017, and a Master's degree in International Corporate Finance obtained in 2018.
