Experience, skills and contribution 

Angela Seymour-Jackson was appointed an Independent Non-executive Director of Rathbones Group Plc in October 2026. She is a member of the Risk, Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees and is expected to succeed Sarah Gentleman as Senior Independent Director, subject to regulatory approval.

Angela Seymour-Jackson has over 30 years’ experience in retail financial services and brings extensive executive and non-executive experience across financial services and other listed businesses. She is Chair of PageGroup plc and a Non-Executive Director of Janus Henderson Group plc, Trustpilot Group plc and Future plc. Previously, she served as Chief Executive Officer of RAC Motoring Services and has held senior executive positions at Aegon UK, Aviva, Norwich Union Insurance, General Accident Insurance and CGU plc.
