Brad Novak

Brad Novak is the Chief Technology Officer at Rathbones Group Plc, having joined the company in January 2026.

He is responsible for integrating, standardising and consolidating platforms, tools and processes to enhance workforce productivity and colleague experience.

He was previously chief information officer (CIO) for DXC Technology, where he led DXC’s global IT strategy and technology operations, with a focus on embedding AI across the company’s infrastructure and services. With more than 30 years of experience in financial services and technology, Brad has held senior leadership roles at Barclays, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs, driving large-scale technology transformations, cloud adoption initiatives and AI-driven productivity programs. At Barclays, he served as CTO for the Corporate and Investment Bank and as CIO for Wealth and Investment Management, where he led a £350 million technology modernisation program for the Private Bank. He has also advised private equity firms and fintech companies on technology strategy, due diligence and market expansion.

Brad earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Cornell University and holds dual U.S. and U.K. nationality.
