Kate Straker

Kate joined Rathbones in September 2025.

Kate joins following an 18-year career at Man Group, which included serving as Deputy Group COO from 2022–2024, and COO of Man AHL from 2017–2022. Kate is a fellow chartered accountant and began her career at PKF (UK) LLP, which is now part of BDO LLP.
