Experience, skills and contributions

Kathryn is a highly experienced financial services executive and board director, with expertise across investment management, wealth advisory, private equity backed businesses, and risk and governance.

She most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Aztec Group, having previously been its Chair and a Non-Executive Director. Prior to this, she was Group Chief Executive Officer of IFG Group plc and has held a number of senior board roles, including as Chair of Redington and Saunderson House and Chair of Risk Committee at ICG plc and Nucleus.

Kathryn began her career in investment banking and private equity, holding roles at Warburg, UBS Capital, Deutsche Bank and Phoenix Equity Partners, and later served as Chief Risk Officer of Partnership Assurance Group.

She brings extensive experience in board-level risk oversight, governance, and strategic leadership across listed and private equity-backed financial services businesses, drawing on both her executive and non-executive experience.
