Noreen is the Trust Operations Manager at Rathbones Trust Company, having joined the firm in 2003 as a Personal Assistant. She now plays a key role in the team, overseeing operational processes and driving continuous improvements to ensure the efficient and consistent delivery of service to clients.

Working closely across the business, Noreen provides guidance, coordination and support to colleagues, helping to maintain high standards and a smooth day-to-day operation.
