Oliver Hext

Oliver is an investment director with 10 years’ experience of managing private client investment portfolios. He joined Rathbones in April 2016 having previously worked at First Trust Global Portfolios.

He manages discretionary private client investment portfolios, together with a number of charities, personal pension schemes and bespoke unit trusts/OEICs for large family groups, often within complex trust structures.

Oliver is a member of Rathbones Financials and Real Estate Equities Committee and Collective Funds Investment Committee, which have responsibility for the research, selection and ongoing monitoring  of investments for the group.

Oliver graduated from Exeter University gaining a 2:1 degree in French and Spanish in June 2015. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
