Stephanie Graham

Stephanie is an Investment Director who helps families, charities, trusts and corporations achieve their financial goals through the discretionary management of investment accounts, ISAs, offshore bonds and pension portfolios. She jointly heads Scotland’s Divorce Specialist Initiative, supporting individuals — particularly women —through complex financial transitions with clear, practical advice during periods of significant change. Stephanie is also an award‑winning investment professional, recently recognised at the BWS Women in Finance Awards for her contribution to the industry.

Stephanie is a Chartered Wealth Manager and CISI Chartered Fellow, holding the CISI Diploma qualification. She graduated with an Honours degree in Law from the University of Edinburgh and began her career as a Solicitor, working at a leading national law firm and within a large UK bank. She later moved into investment banking at a FTSE 100 company before joining Speirs & Jeffrey to focus on investment management. Speirs & Jeffrey was fully integrated with Rathbones in July 2019.
