Checking whether an email from Rathbones is genuine

Guidance on how Rathbones sends email communications

Unexpected emails can sometimes cause concern, particularly as fraudsters become more sophisticated. To help you recognise genuine communications from us, we have listed the email addresses and domains Rathbones currently uses to send messages to groups of clients.

You may receive genuine Rathbones communications from

Email address What we use it for
Various addresses ending in @email.rathbones.com Sending insights and other updates
noreply@voiceofclient.rathbones.com Client feedback communications

Be vigilant

The sender address is only one way to assess an email. Please take care with any unexpected requests, links or attachments. We will never use email to ask you for confidential security information such as your password or login details, or encourage you to move money to another account.

If something does not feel right, do not respond to the message. Contact your usual Rathbones representative using trusted contact details or read our guidance on reporting and preventing fraud.
