James began his Financial Planning career in 2018. He has a variety of responsibilities within the team which include; modelling our client cash-flow plans, preparing for annual review meetings, drafting less complex pieces of written advice and organising our client work flow.
James graduated with first class honours in Agri-Business Management from the University of Newcastle. He holds the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and is working to towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.

Joe joined Rathbones at the start of 2021 and has obtained the Diploma of Regulated Financial Planning. He graduated in 2016 from Queen Mary with a BSc in Economics, Finance and Management. Before working at Rathbones, he was a Trainee Financial Adviser at Vintage Wealth Management where he initially worked in administrative roles before paraplanning.

Ashley comes from an HR/L&D background, having worked in the industry for three years as an apprentice for a boutique executive search firm before moving into financial planning in 2019. He completed his diploma in 2020 and moved into a paraplanner role shortly after, assisting advisers with research and writing client reports.
