Emma Saunders

Emma is a research analyst and joined the team in December 2014. Emma sits on the collectives research team and carries out quantitative and qualitative analysis to select the “best in class” funds for recommended use within the portfolios managed at Rathbones. Emma graduated with a BSc in Mathematics with Business Management from the University of East Anglia. She holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and is a CFA charterholder.

David Shorrock

Based in the Leeds Office, David joined Rathbones in 2024 as an Investment Director. He enjoys managing multi-asset portfolios for private individuals, pension funds, trusts and companies. He prides himself on building close relationships with clients and delivering the highest quality of service.
David is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, a Chartered Wealth Manager and holds an honours degree in Business Studies. He has over 23 years of industry experience, having most recently worked as an investment director at Brown Shipley.

Danny Hannan

Danny is an investment manager who has worked in the industry for 20 years. His primary responsibilities are the provision of discretionary investment management solutions for individuals, family trusts and pensions.

Having started his investment career at Lloyds Private Bank in Mayfair he moved to Williams de Broe in 2006. The firm was acquired by Investec in 2011. He left to join Rathbones in 2014.

He is a Chartered Member of the Institute for Securities & Investment.

Will Kinman

Will works alongside Robert Szechenyi and Stuart Furzer managing discretionary multi-asset investment portfolios on behalf of UK and offshore domiciled individuals, companies and trusts.
Will joined Rathbones in 2019 from Abrdn where he was an associate portfolio manager. He has worked in the industry since 2012 having previously held roles at Lloyds Private Banking, Ashcourt Rowan & Abrdn.
He is a CFA Charterholder, holds CFA UK’s Investment Management Certificate and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Andrew Robins

Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in financial services and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI). He started his career with Barclays Bank fulfilling a broad variety of roles, including Treasury Manager and Corporate Manager before joining RBC in 2000 where he was responsible for the management and growth of a portfolio of global HNW and UHNW private clients. Andrew then moved into RBC’s Investment Services division, providing bespoke investment advice to RBC Trustees.
