Max Rogers

Max joined Rathbones in September 2020. Max has a degree in International Financial Services from the University of Buckingham, which he studied for at the Jersey International Business School. Max began his career in 2019 working at STANLIB Fund Managers in Jersey, where he worked on the multi-manager team assisting with fund research and fund analysis across all asset classes. Max holds the CISI Investment Advice Diploma and is studying towards the Level 7 Chartered Wealth Manager qualification.
Peter Jackson

Peter joined Saunderson House (now Rathbones Financial Planning) in 2001, having read Economics at university. He is a Charted Financial Planner who has been authorised to provide advice since 2004, specialising in private client advice. Outside of work he is married with two daughters and son who keep him busy, though he is also a keen sportsman and enjoys travelling.
Jenny Twigg

Jenny joined Rathbones in 2021 as part of the distribution team. In April 2024, she started as an engagement analyst working with all the fund management franchises to deliver Rathbone Asset Management's engagement strategy and lead direct engagements with companies. Jenny previously held internships at Polar Capital, Artemis Investment Management and Odey Asset Management.
Jenny holds a BSC (Hons) Economics degree from the University of Birmingham.
David Nelson

David is a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. He joined Rathbones in April 2016 from the multi-family office Stonehage Fleming. David began his financial planning career in 2004 and over that time has provided effective counsel to a varied portfolio of wealthy individuals and families. He has a large professional network and works hard to ensure his clients receive the best possible outcomes and ongoing service.
Leisa Sullivan

My role is to develop, manage and build consistency within our Paraplanning and Support Teams, who are responsible for preparing technical analysis and reports, implementing recommendations, maintaining compliant files and preparing annual reviews for our clients. I look to install a passion in the teams I work with to fulfil their potential and have the desire to want to deliver extraordinary service as standard.

Julian is an investment director and manages a wide range of private client, family trust, personal pension and charity portfolios. Julian achieved the Securities Industry Diploma in 1997 having joined A H Cobbold & Co in 1986. In October 2010 Julian became a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Iain is a Chartered Financial Planner with over 25 years’ experience of working alongside personal clients and professional pension scheme trustees.
Iain’s expertise includes retirement planning, wealth accumulation and decumulation, tax efficient investment structuring and inheritance tax planning.
Iain is married with one son and dog, lives in London and is usually found outside at the weekend.
Stephanie Ebner

Stephanie is a Chartered Financial Planner with over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. After graduating from the University of Glasgow with BSc (Hons) in 2004, she started her career with Bank of Scotland where she trained and qualified as a financial planner. She laterally worked as an Independent Financial Adviser before joining Rathbones in early 2024.
Stephanie is passionate about building relationships with clients and helping meet their financial objectives through holistic financial planning.
