Megan Andrews

Megan began her career in financial services in 2015 at Link Asset Services where she was involved in all aspects of shareholder support pertaining to corporate events and client queries.
In 2018, Megan moved to Arbuthnot Latham where she spent two years providing administrative support to the investment management team. As part of her role, Megan was responsible for client onboarding and the transfer of clients’ assets.
Megan joined Rathbones in 2020 as a client service executive and provides administrative and investment support to the team and their clients.

I lead the fixed income investment team and contribute to a number of the key investment committees including Global Investment Strategy Group, Asset Allocation and Investment Committee. I am the chairman of the Fixed Income Investment Selection Committee. I advise the company on its bank lending as part of the Cash & Credit Management Committee. I work with many of the largest institutional clients of the business including insurance companies, pension funds, corporates, charities and high net worth individuals.

Shelly manages the Investor Relations function at Rathbones Group Plc. She started her career in Toronto working for TD Securities before moving to the UK to join the London Stock Exchange where she held various roles that allowed her to build her experience of listing rules and annual Plc practices. She then joined the Investor Relations practice of Citigate Dewe Rogerson where she worked with a number of large UK and European listed clients across a range of industries executing their investor relations programmes.

I thoroughly enjoy working with our clients in providing them with solutions to their financial planning needs. My primary focus is on gaining a comprehensive understanding of my clients’ personal circumstances, their life plans, financial objectives and risk appetite; in order to construct a tax efficient and sustainable financial plan tailored to achieve their financial goals.

Lee Barter

Lee Joined Rathbones in 2011 as an Investment Manager. He manages investments for a range of private clients, pension funds, trusts and charities.
Prior to joining Rathbones from Barclays Wealth, Lee has over 15 years’ experience within the private client investment management industry and has worked at Blackrock in the Charities division and managed private client portfolios for a number of years at Investec.
Lee is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and holds the CISI Diploma in Investment Management.

Jack Dible

Jack works closely with Robert Walker, Paula Forecast and Ross Bridger, managing discretionary multi-asset investment portfolios on behalf of UK and offshore domiciled individuals, companies and trusts.
He joined Rathbones in 2023, having previously worked as an assistant portfolio manager in the discretionary investment team at Saunderson House.
Jack is a Chartered Wealth Manager and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI). He holds a degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Exeter, where he graduated with a 2:1 in 2019.
